The product must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind, Color or design variation (as products may look slightly different due to lighting or screen settings) Customized or made-to-order items, Minor size or texture differences common in handcrafted décor products.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
